我們都認同地球解放任務已經耗費太過漫長的時間。現在我們有機會取回地球命運的主導權!為了響應聖光之矛的號召，我們將一同參與集體冥想活動；用意念觸發事件。

冥想指南:
1.Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
1.用自己習慣的方式放鬆身心靈。
2.State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to trigger the Event.
2.用意念宣告：我要用這次的冥想讓事件發生。
3.Visualize a pillar of electric blue Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun then going through our Solar system, though our Sun, and then through your body to the center of the Earth.
Visualize another pillar of Light rising from the center of the Earth, then up through your body and upwards into the sky towards the Sun then towards the Galactic Central Sun and finally connecting with Source. You are now in two pillars of Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously. Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.
3.觀想銀河中央太陽發出一道帶電藍光。觀想光柱穿過太陽系；穿過太陽；穿過自己的身體，進入地球的中心。觀想地心發出另一道帶電藍光。觀想光柱往上穿過自己的身體；穿過太陽，穿過銀河中央太陽，連結神聖本源。花幾分鐘觀想兩道光柱上下流動著。
4.Visualize a beam of Light emanating from your Soul Star chakra (8 inches / 20 centimeters above your head) and connecting with the Soul Star chakras of everybody meditating.
4.觀想頭頂20公分的靈魂之星脈輪連結所有冥想民眾的靈魂之星脈輪。
5.Visualize everyone participating in this meditation simultaneously sending this loving intent from their Heart chakra through their Soul star chakra then through the Pillars of Light and then to the Galactic Central Sun: “WE ARE READY, TRIGGER THE EVENT IMMEDIATELY!”
5.觀想所有參加這次冥想的民眾同時由心輪發出充滿愛心的善念。觀想這股意念往上穿過靈魂之星脈輪，沿著流動的光柱連結銀河中央太陽。用意念宣告：我們準備好立刻讓事件發生！
6.Visualize an energetic wave coming from the Galactic Center in response, then going through our Solar system and Earth, removing all darkness and exotic weapons on its way.
6.觀想銀河中央太陽發出一道能量波。觀想能量波穿過太陽系和地球，移除所有殘存的黑暗和外星武器。
7.Visualize yourself and other lightworkers anchoring this energy wave onto the surface of the Earth.
7.觀想自己和其他光工將這股能量波錨定至地表世界。
8.Visualize, feel and sense the Highest Light, Love, and Unity flowing throughout the Earth and our Universe.
8.觀想、感覺、體會地球和全宇宙充滿了至高無上的聖光、大愛和團結。
