Instructions:

冥想指南

Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.

1.用自己習慣的方式放鬆身心靈。

State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to reach the critical mass of 144,000 people or more meditating for our Portal of Light activation.

2.用意念宣告:我要用這次的冥想幫助聖光門戶開啟冥想達成超過144,000 人的臨界質量。

Invoke the Violet Flame from its primary source to place a circle of protection around you during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light

3.呼請神聖本源發出一道紫羅蘭火焰。觀想紫羅蘭火焰在自己的周圍形成一個保護圈，並且在冥想期間以及冥想之後保護自己。呼請紫羅蘭火焰轉化一切不符合聖光的人事物。

Visualize a pillar of brilliant white Light emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun, then being distributed to Central Suns of all galaxies in this universe, then entering through the Galactic Central Sun of our Galaxy, then going through our Galaxy, then entering our Solar System and going through all beings of Light inside our Solar System and then through all beings on planet Earth and also through your body to the center of the Earth.

4.觀想宇宙中央太陽發出一道潔白明亮的光柱。觀想光柱穿過全宇宙所有星系的銀河中央太陽，穿過本銀河系的銀河中央太陽，然後穿過本銀河系，穿過太陽系，穿過太陽系內所有的光之存有，穿過地球上所有的眾生，穿過自己的身體然後進入地球的中心。

5.Visualize this Light activating Soul star chakras of millions upon millions of people, presenting them with the possibility of joining the Portal of Light activation. Visualize those who feel so guided actually participating, their number far exceeding the critical mass, and the activation itself having a massive positive healing effect for all sentient beings on Earth and stabilizing the positive timeline. Visualize everybody involved in the meditation being protected and inspired.

5.觀想潔白明亮的聖光點亮數百萬、數千萬地表民眾的靈魂之星脈輪，讓他們感覺自己有機會參加聖光門戶開啟冥想。觀想所有受到感召的民眾確實參與冥想活動，而且參與冥想的人數遠遠超過臨界質量。觀想聖光門戶開啟冥想造福地球上所有的眾生並且鞏固正面時間線。觀想所有參與冥想活動的人都收到保護和啟發。

“柯博拉(Cobra)”是昴宿星轉世為地球的某個人類，Cobra為其代稱(由Compression breakthrough”壓縮突破”而來)。其與昴宿星人一直有面對面的直接接觸，他/她是抵抗運動官方的公開聯絡人。
