1.Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.

3.Invoke the Violet Flame from its primary source to place a circle of protection around you during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light

Visualize those who feel so guided actually participating, their number far exceeding the critical mass, and the activation itself having a massive positive healing effect for all sentient beings on Earth and stabilizing the positive timeline. Visualize over 144,000 people signing the petition in the weeks and days leading to the activation. Visualize everybody involved in the meditation and in the petition signing being protected and inspired.

Signing of the petition is important because if a critical mass of 144,000 people signs the petition, this will be the first physical expression of the collective will of surface humanity in human history that contact and intervention is desired. 關於Cobra：
“柯博拉(Cobra)”是昴宿星轉世為地球的某個人類，Cobra為其代稱(由Compression breakthrough”壓縮突破”而來)。其與昴宿星人一直有面對面的直接接觸，他/她是抵抗運動官方的公開聯絡人。
